The Sales organization is seeking a Junior Sales Support Officer to join the team.

Job Summary

The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support. This role serves as a bridge between sales, customers, and internal departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for product availability.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
• Help organize sales meetings, events, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
