Position: R&D Manager – Homecare

About the Role

Our client, a leading homecare manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to drive innovation and oversee multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects within the homecare category.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of NPD projects for homecare products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, quality) to ensure product feasibility, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify innovation opportunities.
• Manage formulation improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in R&D, with a proven track record in multiple NPD launches in homecare products (e.g., detergents, cleaning agents, air care).
• Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in homecare manufacturing.
