About the Role

A newly established multinational chemical trading company is hiring a Finance & Accounting Executive to manage the full accounting cycle and statutory reporting for its new Jakarta entity.

This role works independently at the Jakarta office and collaborates closely with the Regional CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting: AP, AR, payments, journal entries, reconciliations
• Execute monthly closing and prepare statutory financial reports
• Handle cash flow planning and bank transactions
• Manage monthly tax payments & reporting: PPh 21, 23, 4(2), VAT, and other relevant taxes
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting & tax regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and internal finance teams
• Maintain accurate financial records and implement proper controls

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in full accounting cycle & statutory reporting
• Strong skills in AP, AR, payments, cashflow, and monthly closing
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
• English fluency is a MUST (written & spoken)
• High accountability, independence, and ability to work in a standalone role
• Experience in a multinational or chemical trading company is an advantage

 Auditing experience (min. 2 years) from Big 4 or mid-tier is a plus
