We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to expand our business within Indonesia’s mining sector. The ideal candidate has strong networks in mining companies, solid experience selling industrial/metal products, and enjoys frequent travel to mine sites.

 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of metal/industrial products to mining companies nationwide.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mining end-users and procurement teams.
• Identify new opportunities, present solutions, and lead negotiations.
• Conduct regular customer and mine-site visits.
• Provide market insights and accurate sales forecasts.

 Requirements

• 5–7 years selling industrial/metal products to the mining industry in Indonesia.
• Strong network with mining stakeholders (end-users, procurement, site teams).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willing to travel extensively, including remote sites.
• Independent, driven, and strong in negotiation.
