Job Description

• Manage and grow sales of logistics services to Chinese-speaking customers (China Desk).
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the key liaison between Chinese customers and internal operations teams.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Monitor customer needs and ensure high service satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
• Language: Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written); English proficiency is also required.
• Network: Strong network within Chinese-speaking customer communities.
• Skills: Proven ability in B2B sales, client management, and negotiation.
• Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a multinational environment.
