Job Description

• Lead and manage the company’s finance strategy and accounting operations across nationwide outlets.
• Oversee management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Drive improvement of financial systems, accounting applications, and internal controls.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Industry Background: Strong background in restaurant / food outlet / retail F&B business is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in financial planning, cost management, and tax management.
• Scope: Experience managing a multi-entity or group of companies is a strong advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, managerial, and stakeholder management skills.
