Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Project Control professional to oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost management for a gold processing plant expansion project. The role will manage project performance from feasibility study through construction and commissioning, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• 15+ years experience in engineering / construction projects
• At least 5 years in senior project management or project control roles
• Experience in mining, infrastructure, or large industrial projects
• Strong skills in project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project or similar tools
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
