International Contact Center Officer
Work Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chat) for international clients
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Support customers primarily from the North America market
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Fluent in
Mandarin & English
(spoken and written)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in contact center / customer service role;
candidates with Mandarin Interpreter experience are highly welcomed
Willing and able to work in
US daylight time (night shift in Indonesia)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently in a
Work From Home (WFH)
environment with high discipline
