Work Description:

• Develop and expand sales within industrial equipment & spraying solutions market
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong sales pipeline
• Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
• Collaborate with technical and regional teams for solution delivery
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment / B2B environment
• Strong technical understanding with solution-selling approach
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
