General Manager – Beauty Clinic Operations

Work Description

• Lead overall company strategy development and execution to drive sustainable business growth.
• Hold full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Accelerate clinic expansionand growth transformation programs.
• Strengthen operational excellence through SOP implementation, accountability culture, and performance management.
• Develop and transform organizational structure, people capabilities, and leadership effectiveness across the company.
• Drive customer experience excellence and service quality across clinic operations.
• Collaborate closely with owners and management team in strategic decision making and long-term business planning.
• Support development and commercialization strategy for OTC / beauty healthcare products alongside clinic business expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience, with recent years managing full P&L responsibilities.
• Strong background in health clinic management, beauty clinic operations, hospital management, or healthcare-related businesses.
• Proven track record in growth acceleration, and operational transformation.
• Demonstrated success in building accountability culture, SOP discipline, and organizational development initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capabilities.
• Experienced in leading multi-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills with owners/shareholders.
