Mid Senior UI/UIX Designer

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can confidently translate high-level product requirements into thoughtful, user-centered experiences. This person will play a key role in shaping our product vision, helping define UX requirements, and designing solutions that not only solve today’s needs but also anticipate future opportunities.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Business teams to research, conceptualize, design, and refine experiences across our sportsbook and gaming platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Understand and translate high-level product requirements into clear UX solutions.
• Collect UX requirements through discovery activities including competitor analysis, benchmarking, and UX research.
• Confidently propose new features and improvements, contributing proactively to product innovation.
• Design with a future-proof mindset, ensuring scalability for upcoming enhancements.
• Convert wireframes into high-fidelity mockups, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual quality.
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI, ensuring alignment with design system rules, best practices, and brand standards.
• Consider screen sizes, responsive behavior, and device-specific interactions to support a consistent cross-platform experience.
• Build, manage, and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency and adoption across teams.
• Work in Figma and/or Adobe XD, creating design assets, prototypes, flows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality execution.

• Able to understand complex business and product needs and turn them into intuitive, elegant experiences.
• Comfortable conducting benchmarking, competitive research, and UX analysis.
• Strategic thinker who designs for today while anticipating future needs.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Figma (Design Systems, Components, Prototyping).
• Experience with Adobe XD (nice to have).
• Proven experience delivering pixel-perfect UI and maintaining visual quality standards.
• Experience working with Design Systems and scalable component structures.
• Background or strong familiarity with Sportsbook, Gaming, Betting, or Sports Tech (highly preferred).
