Salesforce Project Manager Exp - 10+ years
Note: Relevant certification is required and min 2-3 projects candidate must have completed as a Salesforce Project Manager.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate must have led multiple end-to-end Salesforce programs with strict timelines, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or multi-cloud environments) with ownership of delivery, governance, and risk management * Drive cross-functional coordination between business, technical, and external vendor teams * Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation with zero slippage tolerance * Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies with strong control over sprint planning and delivery metrics * Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal leadership * Deliver high-quality stakeholder communication, reporting, and executive-level presentations
Mandatory Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 successfully delivered projects as a Salesforce Project Manager (end-to-end ownership) * Strong exposure to large-scale implementations (100+ users / multi-region preferred) * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (client-facing mandatory) * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and release management * Experience handling distributed/global teams
Certifications (Mandatory):
* Salesforce Certified Application Architect * Salesforce Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or equivalent preferred)
