C. Must not be from O9 solutions or have at least 1 year gap post leaving O9 Solutions

D. Notice Period - Preferably Immediate Joiners

Experience:

8–10 Years (Minimum 4+ years hands-on with o9 platform)

India / Flexible / Global (as per business requirements)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced o9 Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise planning solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions across Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, and Analytics.

This role requires strong expertise in o9 architecture, data modeling, integrations, along with excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for o9 implementations
• Design solutions across:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • S&OP / IBP
  • Control Tower
  • Forecasting & Analytics
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define data models, workflows, dashboards, and calculation logic
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards

2. Implementation & Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle implementation (Design → Build → Test → Deploy)
• Configure and customize:
  • Data Models & Scenarios
  • Business Rules & Measures
  • Dashboards, Worksheets, UI Components
• Manage integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ensure system performance, stability, and data accuracy

3. Data & Integration

• Design and manage data pipelines (batch & near real-time)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on:
  • ETL processes
  • APIs & middleware integrations
• Handle large and complex datasets efficiently

4. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution walkthroughs
• Provide architectural recommendations and trade-off analysis
• Support presales activities including demos and effort estimation

5. Governance & Best Practices

• Define and enforce implementation standards
• Review solution design and code quality
• Maintain proper documentation (architecture, configurations, processes)
• Mentor junior team members and consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• 8–10 years in enterprise planning / analytics solutions
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in o9 Solutions
• Strong understanding of:
  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Demand Forecasting
  • S&OP / IBP processes
• Expertise in o9 platform configuration & architecture
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP preferred)
• Strong data modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Technical Skills:

• o9 Digital Brain Platform
• SQL & Data Analysis
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• APIs & Integration frameworks
• Agile / SAFe methodologies

Nice to Have:

• o9 Certifications
• Presales / Solution demo experience
• Experience in global or multi-country implementations
• Exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting
• Consulting / Big 4 background
