Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled o9 Data Integration Technical Consultant to design, develop, and manage data integration solutions within the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise system integrations, along with hands-on experience in o9 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. o9 Data Integration

• Design and implement inbound and outbound data integrations for the o9 platform
• Work with o9 Integration tools, data pipelines, APIs, and flat-file integrations
• Develop and maintain master, transactional, and reference data loads
• Configure data ingestion frameworks, mappings, and transformations

2. ETL & Data Engineering

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like SQL, Python, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory
• Handle large datasets ensuring scalability and performance
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and error-handling processes

3. Source System Integration

• Integrate o9 with enterprise systems such as SAP (ECC/S4HANA, BW), Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Azure Synapse
• Work on ERP, SCM, Demand Planning, and Finance system integrations
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SFTP, and messaging frameworks

4. Technical Design & Support

• Prepare technical design documents, data models, and integration specifications
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments
• Troubleshoot data issues, performance bottlenecks, and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

o9-Specific Skills

• Hands-on experience with the o9 Solutions platform (minimum 1–2 implementations preferred)
• Strong understanding of o9 data model, integration objects, pipelines, and APIs

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning)
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in supply chain planning systems
• Exposure to demand planning or IBP tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
