We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in B2B sales, LinkedIn lead generation, and bidding portals. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Research and connect with potential clients in target industries.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
Utilize LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
Follow up regularly to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Search and apply for relevant projects on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar portals.
Prepare customized proposals and project bids.
Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and business opportunities.
Track proposal status and improve bid conversion rates.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Conduct introductory calls, presentations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and commercial offers.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor key performance metrics and suggest improvements.
3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
Strong experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Hands-on experience with bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in IT Services, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Website Development, or Software Solutions sales.
Knowledge of lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
Understanding of sales funnels and client acquisition strategies.
