Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international sales, lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management within the IT/Software/Technology industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with international clients across multiple regions including the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new international business opportunities through various sales channels.
• Handle complete sales cycle including lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, outreach, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Conduct online meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different international markets and time zones.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable business solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial agreements, and sales documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Email Outreach, and other lead generation tools to identify prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.
• Participate in international client calls, networking events, and virtual meetings.
• Comfortable working in flexible shifts based on international client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or IT Sales.
• Proven experience in cold calling and international lead generation.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience handling clients from US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC regions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, and email outreach strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Services, Software Solutions, SaaS, or Technology Sales.
• Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and international business development.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
