Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (USA Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati, be comfortable interacting with leads, and have a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective customers through calls, chats, and CRM-generated leads.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST shift.
• Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or BDE roles will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
