Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and career-oriented IT Counsellors / Education Counsellors who can guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable IT and Cyber Security courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students, fresh graduates, and working professionals regarding IT, Cyber Security, and professional certification courses.

• Handle inquiries received through calls, walk-ins, website leads, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

• Explain course details, certification benefits, career opportunities, training methodologies, and fee structures.

• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building.

• Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend appropriate courses.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure a positive admission experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.

• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for batch scheduling and operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-up activities in the CRM/system.

• Achieve monthly admission, counseling, and revenue targets.

• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT, Software, or Cyber Security courses will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, MBA preferred).

• 1+ years of experience in Education Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, or Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
