About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Lead / Head to drive our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and digital marketing strategy. This role requires someone who can lead marketing efforts, generate quality leads, and build strong brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
• Track, analyze, and report key marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
• Create and oversee content strategies, social media calendars, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging marketing creatives and promotional materials.
• Manage SEO, email marketing, lead generation, and website optimization initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while coordinating with external agencies/vendors when required.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Brand Management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing analytics tools.
• Experience in campaign planning, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience leading a marketing team or managing end-to-end digital marketing functions.
