About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in residential, commercial, plotting, or weekend home sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and project teams for campaigns and customer support.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure complete documentation and smooth handover throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in residential, commercial, plotting, or weekend home projects will be preferred.
