Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, and support the sales team by scheduling appointments and maintaining regular follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Explain company products and services effectively.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
• Comfortable working from the office in Changodar, Ahmedabad.
