Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
• Handle Business Loan and Mortgage Loan inquiries from customers.
• Generate new business through referrals, channel partners, and direct sales.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and customers.
• Coordinate with banking partners for faster loan approvals and disbursements.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable financial solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the loan process.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Business Loan/Mortgage Loan sales.
• Prior experience in managing a sales team is mandatory.
• Experience in Finance, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Loan Consultancy is required.
• Candidates from the same industry will be preferred.
