JOB DESCRIPTION : Proposal Cum Sales Coordinator

Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Qualification: Any Graduate / B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Proposal Cum Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to the field sales team. The candidate will act as a key coordination point between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication, timely quotations, documentation, and follow-ups.

The objective of this role is to support the sales team in maximizing performance and contributing to the company's long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely completion of sales activities.
• Respond professionally and efficiently to online and telephone enquiries.
• Act as a coordination point between clients and internal departments.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide suitable solutions based on cost and time requirements.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, client communication, and sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, proposals, and other sales requirements.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to monitor departmental progress and support the development of sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and progress reports for management.
• Identify coordination issues and provide suggestions for improving sales processes.
• Provide necessary information, documentation, and feedback to the sales team and customers.
• Maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative/sales support role will be an advantage.
• Any Graduate / B.E. Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups effectively.
• Responsible, dedicated, and well-organized.
• Strong team-player attitude and ability to coordinate with different departments.
