We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling design or SaaS services to clients in North America and the Middle East, and a strong ability to position design as a business growth enabler.
You will be responsible for driving the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Drive the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures for design packages.
Identify and target B2B clients, startups, and product companies in the North American & Middle Eastern markets.
Plan and execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage CRM tools for tracking progress.
Prepare proposals, case studies, and sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of design services.
Handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver client-focused solutions.
Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with market trends in SaaS, digital products, and design domains.
1–3 years of international sales experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or design services.
Proven success in selling to North American and Middle Eastern clients.
Experience in B2B or startup sales with a focus on high-ticket service packages.
Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to create professional sales decks, proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and sales dashboards.
Target-driven, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
