Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Drive the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Manage bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. to acquire new IT projects.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.

Conduct cold calling and client outreach to expand the business network.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports for clients and management.

Maintain accurate data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue pipeline, and market trends.

Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to refine strategies and meet client needs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

4–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

International sales exposure in North America and Middle East markets is mandatory.

Expertise in bidding platforms, cold calling, lead generation, and email marketing.

Strong command over negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel/Sheets (for data analysis and reports).

Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals.

Experience using CRM tools or sales automation software is a plus.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.

Experience in RFQ, RFI, and proposal preparation processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
