Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily publishing of content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Repurpose and distribute existing content (blogs, videos, podcasts, infographics) into engaging posts.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond to queries.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to suggest fresh ideas.
• Work with design, marketing, and content teams to align social campaigns with business goals.
   

Requirements

• 6 Months to 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of major platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with scheduling & analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Creative thinker with ability to adapt content to different formats and audiences.
• Analytical mindset to measure and report on social media performance.
• Video editing or motion graphics skills.
   

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing basics.
