We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to lead and support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, drive business process improvements, and act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate has strong functional NetSuite experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing ERP processes.
Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure NetSuite to meet business requirements across functional modules (Financials, Procurement, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Inventory, CRM).
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
Develop workflows, saved searches, custom records, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend ERP enhancements.
Document business requirements, prepare functional design documents (BRD/FSD), and support change control procedures.
Conduct impact analysis for scope changes and adjust functional specifications accordingly.
Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts; drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
Ensure solution meets business objectives and requirements before go-live.
Provide training, create training materials, and conduct workshops to ensure user adoption.
Post-implementation support including issue resolution, optimization, and documentation maintenance.
Partner with technical teams or developers to support integrations and enhancements.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business operations and ERP capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–6+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP in functional, consulting, or business analyst roles.
Experience in full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
Strong domain knowledge of ERP processes and business workflows (e.g., O2C, P2P, R2R).
NetSuite configuration: workflows, saved searches, custom forms/fields, roles/permissions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, UAT support, and training.
NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant)
Exposure to integrations with other systems (Salesforce, analytics tools, etc.)
