Role: BA with AI
Client: Simpliigence Location : Remote Experience: 5–8 years (BA) with AI / GenAI exposure Budget: 1.4 LPM Note: Keep in mind the BA will be focused on creating custom GPTs primarily, which will interact with our MCP server. Must to have: US client - RPA automation BA, Who has exposure in AI - use cases& Bridge between stakeholder - DM
Role Summary: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI/GenAI solutions. Translate business problems into AI-ready requirements and ensure GPT-based solutions deliver measurable value, compliance, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities: * Identify and define AI / GPT use cases aligned to business goals * Translate business needs into AI requirements, prompts, and success metrics * Work with data science, engineering, and product teams * Define guardrails, compliance, and AI acceptance criteria * Lead AI-specific UAT (accuracy, bias, hallucinations) * Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills: * Strong BA skills (requirements, stakeholder management) * Working knowledge of AI/ML & GenAI concepts * Experience with GPT / chatbots / RAG-based solutions * Understanding of data quality, metrics, and AI risks * Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SQL/BI.
