We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive with experience in B2B or industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial animation and visual communication solutions to manufacturing, engineering, and pharmaceutical companies.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in technical environments and capable of presenting creative animation solutions that support product visualization, process explanation, safety training, and marketing initiatives.
Generate and qualify leads from manufacturing, engineering, pharma, and industrial sectors
Identify and approach key decision-makers (Plant Heads, Marketing Managers, Safety Managers, Purchase Teams)
Understand client products, technical processes, and business requirements
Recommend appropriate animation and video solutions such as:
Product Visualization
Process Demonstration
Safety Training Modules
Marketing & Exhibition Videos
Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
Conduct regular follow-ups and negotiate until deal closure
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Attend client meetings (virtual & on-site)
2–3 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales
Experience in selling services, solutions, or creative offerings
Exposure to Engineering, Industrial,Media or Pharma sectors preferred
Good if media background
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Must own a vehicle (field sales role)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and closing ability
Strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM tools)
Ability to understand technical products and industrial processes
