The AVP – Finance will act as a strategic business partner, driving financial governance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across IT services and product development functions. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution to ensure financial discipline and long-term profitability.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial planning.
Partner with Delivery, Sales, HR, and Product teams to enhance margins.
Support pricing strategy and investment decisions.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting.
Monitor revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow performance.
Conduct project-wise and account-wise profitability analysis.
Implement early-warning mechanisms for financial risks.
Oversee billing cycles, collections, and revenue recognition.
Track utilization, bench cost, and pricing model effectiveness.
Validate financial assumptions prior to deal closures.
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.
Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closures.
Lead statutory audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Drive DSO reduction and strengthen collection processes.
Optimize working capital and ensure healthy cash runway.
Monitor R&D investments and ROI tracking.
Develop pricing models and GTM financial strategies.
Support build vs. buy decisions and product scalability planning.
Lead Finance, Accounts, Payroll, and Compliance teams.
Drive automation, dashboarding, and ERP improvements.
Foster a data-driven financial culture.
Manage ESOP structuring, implementation, and compliance.
Coordinate with valuers, auditors, and board members.
Present ESOP updates to Audit Committee and leadership.
Oversee RBI/FEMA-compliant remittances and reconciliations.
Manage payroll and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with POSH, Wages, and Bonus Acts.
Manage accounting and taxation for US and Australia entities.
Coordinate with global auditors and consultants.

Experience handling ₹30–60 Cr turnover organizations
