We are seeking a Business Development professional with 2–3 years of experience in media sales (Radio, TV, Print, OOH, or Integrated Media) to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should understand brand marketing budgets, client servicing dynamics, and consultative selling. This role requires engaging with marketing decision-makers, generating new business opportunities, and effectively positioning large-scale marketing capabilities.
The position demands strategic conversations and structured client engagement.
Identify and acquire new corporate and institutional clients
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective opportunities
Engage with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and Business Leaders
Present capabilities and solutions aligned with client objectives
Coordinate with internal strategy and execution teams to create customized proposals
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
