Manufacturing company is in the process of starting up a plant and is looking for talent as a
Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
• Fluent English.
• Valid visa and passport.
• Degree in a related field (mechanical engineering, industrial technology).
• 5 years' experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance programs.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability (CMRP) or OSHA Certification.
Knowledge:
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other maintenance programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Team Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
Communication and Collaboration
• Work closely with other departments, such as quality and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective problem resolution.
Continuous Improvement
• Develop and implement plans to reduce maintenance costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
Safety and Quality
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Implement and maintain a quality management system that meets company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
