Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Manager – Marketing Excellence / Marketing Automation to lead customer engagement, campaign automation, and marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, customer journey orchestration, CRM, analytics, and campaign operations to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
• Design, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign operations including segmentation, targeting, personalization, execution, and reporting.
• Build and deploy lifecycle marketing programs focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Ensure timely campaign delivery while maintaining data accuracy and operational excellence.
Customer Journey & Lifecycle Management
• Develop customer journey frameworks and engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify customer behavior patterns and opportunities for personalization.
• Improve customer experience through data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams to enhance customer engagement.
Marketing Technology & CRM
• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Maintain customer databases, audience segmentation, and campaign governance processes.
• Support implementation and enhancement of MarTech solutions.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
• Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs including conversion, retention, engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance reviews.
Process Excellence & Stakeholder Management
• Establish best practices, SOPs, and governance frameworks for marketing operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across marketing functions.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships where applicable.
