Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support our warehouse leasing consultancy business. The role focuses on B2B client lead generation, database management, and email marketing, working closely with the leasing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities • Generate B2B leads for warehouse & industrial property leasing • Identify and research potential corporate clients and occupiers • Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications • Maintain and update client databases and lead trackers • Coordinate with leasing consultants for lead handover and closures • Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries • Support backend marketing operations and documentation
Eligibility & Requirements • Qualification: MBA / Graduate (any discipline) • Experience: Proven experience in B2B lead generation & email marketing • Exposure to real estate / industrial / logistics sector is an advantage • Strong communication and coordination skills • Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email platforms • Detail-oriented, organized, and target driven
Preferred Skills • Experience in real estate, warehouse leasing, or industrial marketing • Understanding of corporate leasing clients and decision makers • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Compensation & Benefits • CTC: ₹5.0 – ₹6.0 LPA • Incentives: Performance-based
