We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a work-from-home opportunity. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, along with prior BPO experience in voice, email, or chat support.
Handle customer queries through voice calls, emails, and chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers.
Follow company procedures and meet customer service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and appropriate support.
6–8 months of BPO experience.
Domestic BPO experience is acceptable.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to work in a regular shift and six-day workweek.
A personal laptop is mandatory for remote work.
Fixed In-Hand Salary Before Deductions: ₹20,000 per month
Salary After Deductions: ₹15,500 per month
