Job Description
Experience:
3 to 5 Years
Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews
Coordinate interview logistics, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate records
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Mandatory Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
