Designation: Salesforce Lead/Manager – Development & Architecture
Location: Kolkata/Mumbai

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computers or a related field
Job Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop robust, scalable applications using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and maintain data integrations, data flows, and system automations within Salesforce and with external systems. Participate in solution architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and support code reviews, design patterns, and performance optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver best-in-class CRM solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.
- Expert in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce platform tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and governance limits.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and deployment tools (CI/CD).
- Deep understanding of data modelling, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
- Proicient in designing and managing data flows between Salesforce and external systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Mandatory
- Salesforce Application/System Architect – Good to Have
- Other certifications, such as PD2, Integraon Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer, are a plus.
