React Native Developer

1. The candidate should have 3–4 years of strong experience in React Native Android development, including iOS configuration, and should be confident in handling advanced concepts such as high-performance optimization, complex animations, multimedia integration, and modular architecture.
2. Should be comfortable with modern React Native frameworks, deep system integrations, secure data flows, and scalable app structures.
3. Should have hands-on exposure to handling large data flows, real-time features, and interactive UI/UX scenarios.
4. A mindset of continuous improvement, curiosity for new frameworks and technologies, and readiness to handle next-generation mobile experiences (video, voice, or beyond) is essential.

The candidate should also be eager to grow in advanced React.js, with basic working proficiency for handling web applications and supporting cross-platform architecture.

We will be conducting interviews on both React Native (mobile) and React.js (web) to assess technical depth, adaptability, and problem-solving approach.
