Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding formalities and induction processes
Support HRIS data management and employee record-keeping
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with finance/payroll team
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist in compliance documentation and audits
Support performance management and appraisal cycle
Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication
Skills Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment metrics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
