The client Our client is a firm of reputable established Advocates and Legal Consultants, with offices in Nicosia and Limassol. They offer high quality legal services to local and international businesses operating in a broad range of industries.On behalf of our client we are currently seeking to recruit a Secretary/Personal Assistant. The Position The successful candidate will be based in Nicosia and provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to one of the partners of the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the partner
Act as the point of contact between the partner and internal/external clients
Daily communication with clients, colleagues and other partners
Printing correspondence and maintaining the relevant matter files
Inputting matter information and timesheets into in-house legal management software
Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders
Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone
Read and write correspondence in mail or email form, sometimes on behalf of the partner
Skills - Qualifications – Experience
High school certificate and a secretarial diploma
Proven previous work experience as a personal assistant or secretary
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English are essential
Outstanding organizational, time management and typing skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people

Location The position is for the company’s offices in Nicosia
