The Client:
CHR. KAPODISTRIAS & SONS LTD is the largest automotive parts company in the Republic of CYPRUS. The company is an importer and distributor of new spare parts, tyres, lubricants, tools and garage equipment, operating mainly as a retailer. We are looking to recruit a Software Developer/Programmer for its offices in Nicosia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for the monitoring and support of the IT systems’ infrastructure of the company in cooperation with external vendors.
Main responsibilities of the team include:
Maintenance of current company’s ERP and other systems.
Implementation of new ERP and other systems.
Implementation and maintenance of interfaces between different systems.
Creation and maintenance of reports.
Support to business users.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Working experience as programmer analyst, preferably in retail sector will be considered as an advantage
Languages/Software knowledge: MS SQL, Visual Basic .NET, PHP, Java or C# or C.
Experience in ERP systems, Knowledge of Visual Studio and BI Systems will be considered an advantage.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication & documentation skills both in Greek and in English.

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
