Our client is a company with the rights sell and distribute an established, luxurious, world-renowned, fashion brand in Cyprus.
Position:
On their behalf we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist / Manager
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be reporting to Director/Owners of the Company, and will deal among other with the following activities:
Direct and daily contact with important customers, guaranteeing adequate assistance, especially for product changes and replenishments.
Interface with the Credit and Logistics departments for payment processing and shipment monitoring.
Interface with the sales team for customer management.
Management of the order flow: order entry into the systems, portfolio verification activities, generation of supply orders to production.
Control of price lists, commercial conditions, discounts, returns, commissions, market labels, direct import flows.
Preparation of reporting files.
Contact and support to the sales network: shipment of samples and sales guides.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Holder of Economic Degree or similar.
Previous experience of at least three to five years in Customer Service roles.
Coming from the fashion industry.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent analytical skills and skills in the use of Excel.
Very good interpersonal / customer service skills and commercial acumen.
Ability to travel.
Location:
The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
