The Client:
On behalf of our Client, which is a group-leader in the field of beverages production and distribution, we are seeking to recruit a Head of Brand Strategy in Nicosia.
The Position:
The Head of Brand Strategy will lead the development of strategic brand and organizational initiatives to enhance the Company's brand's market positioning in Cyprus and Greece, as well as in new markets. This role supports the Company's goals for portfolio and operational expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Brand Guidelines & Guardianship:
Develop and refine brand guidelines, creating comprehensive brand manuals that encompass brand identity, trademarks, brand assets, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Oversee primary and secondary packaging materials to ensure alignment with brand assets and trademarks.
Maintain brand essence and values across regions, ensuring continuity and trust while expanding into new territories and product categories.
Collaborate closely with intercompany marketing teams in Cyprus and Greece to ensure all brand communications, including planning, advertising, promotions, and product packaging, adhere to guidelines and maintain brand integrity while effectively communicating the brands’ value proposition.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and initiatives, monitoring metrics to optimize performance through brand equity reports for all markets and portfolio brands.
Mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative environment across marketing departments.
B. Brand Strategic Planning & Business Expansion:
Create medium-term brand strategies in collaboration with PPDG and BW intercompany partners, aligning with the company's business objectives, market trends, and consumer insights.
Oversee long-term brand planning and vision for the PPB portfolio.
Drive strategic growth and create cross-synergies through new partnerships and collaborations.
C. Marketing PPB:
D. Innovation and Product Strategy:
Work closely with the Product Development Executive, R&D, and commercialization teams from PPDG and BW partners to create business cases for new product development and portfolio enrichment.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, using data-driven insights to inform branding decisions and support product development, testing, R&D, and other project needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation.
Skills/Qualifications/Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, Branding Identity, or a related field.
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Business Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand strategy or brand management, preferably within the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry.
Proven track record of developing successful branding strategies and achieving brand success.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and business strategies.
Experience navigating complex business environments and engaging with senior management.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceive innovative branding ideas.
Deep knowledge of the Greece and Cyprus alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage markets is a plus.

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
