The Position:
On behalf of our Client, we are searching for a passionate, driven, and connected individual to join their team as a CFD Business Development Executive.
Responsibilities:
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and in-depth market knowledge, building trust and credibility in every interaction.
Identify, approach, and onboard institutional and retail clients globally, focusing on CFDs and forex trading.
Harness the existing connections and grow the relationships within the financial markets to expand FXView’s presence.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor offerings to drive impactful strategies.
Take ownership of ambitious sales and revenue targets and celebrate the wins with a team that values performance and dedication.
Work hand-in-hand with the marketing, compliance, and trading desks to deliver seamless client experiences and build lasting partnerships.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of business development experience in CFDs, forex, or financial services. (If the candidate had multiple roles, at least one should reflect 3+ years of sustained performance and success.)
A solid grasp of the trading landscape, industry trends, and client needs, enabling you to speak the language of the markets fluently.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong network of industry contacts is a major advantage, along with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships that drive results.
Knowledge of trading platforms, bridges, and CRMs is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients on technical and operational levels.
The candidate is already based in Cyprus or excited to relocate to this hub of financial innovation.
Fluency in English is essential. Other languages are a bonus in connecting with diverse global audiences.
