The Position:
System Business Administrator: The successful candidate will report to the Transformation & Organisation Manager.
Responsibilities:
A) Business Support:
Provide day-to-day operational support to the business teams on Qualco Collections & Recoveries System.
Respond to and resolve business queries related to system usage, performance, and functionality.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance.
B) Request Collection and Analysis:
Collect and document business requests for system enhancements, changes, and customizations.
Perform in-depth analysis of business requirements, working closely with the business front to ensure understanding and feasibility.
Prioritize requests based on business needs and potential impact on operations.
C) Implementation and Testing:
Collaborate with the technical team of vendors to implement approved changes and enhancements.
Coordinate and conduct system testing, ensuring all changes meet business and operational requirements.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for further adjustments if needed.
D) Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and enhancements.
Prepare regular reports on system performance, issues, and pending requests for business and management review.
E) Training and User Support:
Provide training and support to business users on new features, functionalities, and best practices for system usage.
Develop user guides and training materials as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Economics / Finance / Business Administration or in a related field and / or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ACA, ACIB / AIB)
At least two (2) years of proven work experience as a business analyst, requirements gathering and documentation, system administrator, application support, banking and / or loan servicing
IT experience will be regarded as additional advantage
Strong analytical skills
Ability to communicate with confidence
Methodical and structured minded
Strong time-management and prioritization skills
High levels of integrity and work ethic
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
