The Client:
Our Client, a Private Equity Real Estate & Hospitality Investments company developing a portfolio of boutique hotels in key European cities, is looking to recruit a Manager for their Hotel Operations Team in Nicosia.
The Position:
The Manager will report to the Director of their Hospitality Product & Operations Team. This is an opportunity to be based in Nicosia but work for the creation and operations of the best Boutique Hotels in the leading European cities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Team Coordination – The ideal candidate will be overseeing the local hotel operations teams (hotel managers, receptionists, housekeeping etc.) ensuring efficient operations, guest service excellence, while also addressing key issues as they arise. Currently the team consists of c. 80 people in two countries, within two years is anticipated to be 250 people in five countries and at the end of 2027 is anticipate to be c.500 people in over seven countries.
Coordinating with other Departments Heads – The ideal candidate will be the key liaison between the hotel operations team with the Finance, Hotel Projects Development and Acquisitions, team.
Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
University degree.
Minimum 10 years of previous working experience in a similar position.
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Diverse teams management experience.
A motivated individual with a strong will to strive in a highly demanding environment to learn and grow.
Willingness to travel to various locations as needed (moderate travel).
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Location: The position is for the Company’s headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus
