The Client:
On behalf of our client, a leading company of restaurants and cafes in Cyprus, we are seeking for E-Commerce Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and executing our online sales strategy to meet revenue targets
Managing our e-commerce platforms, including own channels and third-party aggregator apps for an excellent user experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content and product offering is optimized for online sales
Analysing sales data, operation KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve our online offering, cascading down insights, best practices and new tools as they become available to relevant internal parties
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve
Managing relationships and financial dealings with third-party vendors and service providers
Skills - Qualifications – Experience:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field. While F&B experience is not required, it will be considered as an advantage
A deep understanding of online consumer behaviour and e-commerce trends
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions
Excellent project management and communication skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and aggregator apps such as Foody, Wolt and Bolt Food
Location: The position is for the Company’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
