The Position:
Retail Recovery Specialists
Main responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the Retail Manager of the Retail Department. Main responsibilities include:
Responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of non-performing loans
Communicate and arrange meetings with obligors
Collect the necessary information, to perform in-depth analytical evaluation of the financial capacity and viability of each obligor
Negotiate with obligors to formulate and agree upon consensual and viable solutions for their non-performing loans
Prepare and submit proposals for approval with regards to potential restructuring solutions
Coordinate all internal/external stakeholders to implement the approved solutions
Monitor the smooth repayment of the restructured loans and pro-actively manage any new defaults in the portfolio under management
Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Economics / Finance / Business Administration or in a related field and / or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ACA, ACIB / AIB)
At least two (2) years of proven work experience in banking (new lending or loan workout) and / or loan servicing is a must
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to communicate with confidence
Methodical and results-oriented
Strong time-management and prioritization skills
High levels of integrity and work ethic
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
