The Client:
On behalf of our client, a leading provider of information technology solutions and services to both public and commercial sectors across Cyprus, we are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Nicosia.
The Position:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential clients, driving sales activities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Sales Activities:
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviours, providing insights to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company’s products or services.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
2) Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring terms are favourable to the company and the client.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop customized sales proposals and quotes for potential clients
3) Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the Sales & Marketing Manager on ways to improve sales processes, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
4) Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Executive to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with the professional services team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Skills - Qualifications – Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry, will be considered a strong advantage
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent knowledge of the English and Greek language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt, respond, and perform effectively under pressure
Ability to demonstrate a commitment to carrying out responsibilities and an adherence to ethical principles
This position requires occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events
Location: The position is for the Company’s offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
