Our client is seeking to recruit a Short-Term Rental (STR) Revenue Manager for its offices in Nicosia.
The Position:
The Short-Term Rental (STR) Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing income across all company-managed properties by using data analysis and dynamic pricing strategies. Beyond pricing and performance, this role will also contribute to business development by identifying new revenue opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and supporting initiatives that expand the company’s client base. The role focuses heavily on financial performance, leveraging data to drive pricing and distribution decisions across platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Distribution & Channel Management: Optimize property listings across various platforms, online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels to ensure proper synchronization and maximize visibility.
Guest Management: Handle all guest communication, including inquiries, quotations, bookings, check-ins/check-outs
Dynamic Pricing: Develop and implement flexible pricing strategies, adjusting rates and minimum stay requirements in real-time based on market demand, seasonality, and local events.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor local market trends, analyze competitor pricing and offerings, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Business Development: Develop referral programs to generate new leads, participate in relevant online and offline communities to connect with potential clients, and use strong communication to build trust and demonstrate expertise.
Strategy & Collaboration: Work with operations team to align pricing with promotions, manage availability, and enhance the guest experience to drive profitability.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Occupancy Rate, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Rental (RevPAR).

Location: The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
